Preflight Net:

The pre-flight net will be on 449.225 minus offset with a 141.3 Hz tone "Fun Machine” Node 1961 for the Friday Pre-Flight Net for April 2nd at 7 PM.

Analog T&R Repeater:

RMRL 449.450 minus offset with 103.5 Hz tone.

As you all know the PPFMA 448.450 repeater is not available for the upcoming EOSS flight on April 3rd and probably April 10th & 17th.  As such we are going to use the RMRL 449.450 minus offset with a 103.5 Hz tone for all flights.

DMR:

RMHAM DMR “Wide" along with EOSS deployable(s) have been approved for all flights.  We will be using “Wide” talk group.  Zone will be “Central East” W9CN will have EOSS#1 Deployable repeater operating from his truck.

NOTE: Code plugs need to be updated.

The Usual EOSS Simplex Frequencies (UESF) will be used:

  • Ground Station                                                   446.050
  • Balloon #1 EOSS 308 T&R                                446.100
  • Balloon #2 EOSS 309 T&R                                446.150
  • Balloon #3 EOSS 310 T&R                                446.200
  • Car to Car drive out                                             446.275

This will be our first “Twofer” in a while and we need to make sure we have the right T&R teams on the right simplex frequencies and we use the Car to Car drive out frequency to get the students to the landing sites.

2M Direction Finding Frequencies for this flight:

  • 144.340
  • 144.905
  • 145.645
  • 145.765
