Generally speaking, EOSS files out of locations either northeast or southeast of Denver, Colorado.
When flights originate from the northeast we generally use the Rocky Mountain Radio League's 449.450 MHz repeater, which requires a PL tone of 103.5 Hz. Should the flight go long THIS LIST of repeaters in the Northeastern recovery area may be of help.
When launching from southeast of town we use the Pikes Peak FM Association's 448.450 MHz repeater, which requires a PL tone of 100 Hz. Should the flight go long THIS LIST of repeaters in the Southeastern recovery area may be of help.
However, use of these repeaters is NOT etched in stone. It is always necessary to check the "Upcoming Flights" page for information regarding a particular flight.
