Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operations
Several groups are attempting to experiment with gliders and other aircraft. EOSS recently obtained the "Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operations in the U. S. National Airspace System - Interim Operational Approval Guidance" otherwise know as AFS-400 UAS POLICY 05-01.

In the preceding document (AFS-400 UAS POLICY 05-01) a reference is made to AC 91-57. This document lays out in an advisory manner (not regulatory) the suggested guidelines for model airplane flight procedures.
