I-70 and SR-86 Intersection Launch Site
This launch site has been selected as an alternate to compensate for strong easterly winds which are pushing the touchdown significantly to the west and toward DIA's class B airspace.
To get to this location from the intersection of E-470 and I-70, drive east on I-70 for 63 miles to exit 352 on Interstate 70.
At the top of the exit ramp turn left, cross over the highway and look for the setup teams on the county dirt road north east of the highway.
